In attempt to serve our customers with the highest quality of services we provide video streaming facility to them. In this process the customer can can view the recordings in online and offline.
In online the video file is sent to the client in a constant stream, and the user watches it as it arrives with delay of some seconds i.e. the user can start watching the file almost as soon as it begins downloading. The obvious advantage with this method is that no waiting is involved. Thus we are able to broadcast live events.
The user can also download the video and watch it offline. This is provided to reduce the delivery time and increase the quality of service at the same time.
